Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Certain items like personal care products, cosmetics, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at shabirtraderllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.
